When considering a new venture or business, you must think of all the physical things that must be done, all the virtual, the business planning, the financial, and the many other things that must be done in order to set a solid foundation for your business.

This is the time that we reflect on what we have accomplished so far, and we make goals, yet, never waivering from our current course. This is the time that most people who could really make it, lose their nerve. They get themselves all worked up and cannot stand the suspense of not knowing, of possible failure or triumph. This is where they break and run. They quake and quit their business.

The True Leader is the person who stands firm and refuses to ever consider the possibility of failure. These turning points are the moments where the resolution, or lack thereof, show the true leadership of that one person. Courageous patience is the test of leadership.
